On Thursday, October 20th, the sessions will be held at the AOPA National Aviation Community
Center located at the Frederick Municipal Airport (KFDK).  The schedule is packed full of information
and includes some hands on photography practice on the tarmac at the end of the day.

Join AOPA Staff Photographer Chris Rose as he discusses the techniques and challenges
withcapturing the images that appear in the association’s publication each month.  Topics will
include equipment, safety, planning, technique, lighting and digital enhancement to name a few.
This will be followed by hands on practice on the tarmac under Chris’ tutelage with either a warbird
or biplane as the subject aircraft – so bring your equipment!
Other subjects to be presented on Thursday include:

  • How to Produce Award Winning Air to Air Imagery by PAPA President Stan Macbean
